CRIMINAL
In a case were our client was charged with Capital Murder. After a three day trial the jury returned a verdict of a lesser included charge of Murder, saving our client from death row.
Our client was alleged to have committed a Robbery in the first degree and facing a minimum of 20 years in prison. After a two day trial our client was found not guilty by the jury.
In a Federal case our client was charged with a multi-count indictment alleging conspiracy to fix traffic tickets in Municipal Court. Following a trial by jury we were able to substantially limit the counts our client was convicted on.
In a State case involving assault with the use of a deadly weapon the jury returned a verdict of not guilty to the charge of assault.
In a State case involving Theft of Property in which our client faced the possibility of 10 years in state prison if convicted the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
